Each of our greeting cards is handmade with care, and we want to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. This policy outlines how we handle order processing and delivery within the United Kingdom.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Times
All orders are handmade and typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), please allow extra time for your order to be made and dispatched.
3. Delivery Method & Cost
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are estimates only. Delays may occur, particularly during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Both Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 services include tracking.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
Please note that tracking updates may take several hours to appear after dispatch.
5. Free Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

Orders must be collected within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. If you require a different collection timeframe, please contact us in advance.
6. Incorrect or Missing Address Information
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot refund or resend items delivered to an incorrect address provived by the customer.
7. Delayed or lost deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
We'll be happy to assist and, if appropriate, send a replacement.
8. Packaging
Each handmade card is packaged in a protective, eco-friendly envelope to ensures it arrives safely.
We aim to keep our packaging sustainable and plastic free wherever possible.
