Each of our greeting cards is handmade with care, and we want to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. This policy outlines how we handle order processing and delivery within the United Kingdom.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Times
All orders are handmade and typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
During busy periods (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), please allow extra time for your order to be made and dispatched.
3. Delivery Method & Cost
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery (non-tracked).
Flat shipping fee: £2.95 per order, regardless of order size.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are estimates only — delays may occur, particularly during peak periods.
4. Order Tracking
As we use Royal Mail Standard(non-tracked) service, tracking information is not available.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
If you require a tracked or express service, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Incorrect or Missing Address Information
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot refund or resend items delivered to an incorrect address provived by the customer.
6. Delayed or lost deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
We'll be happy to assist and, if appropriate, send a replacement.
7. Packaging
Each handmade card is packaged in a protective, eco-friendly envelope to ensures it arrives safely.
We aim to keep our packaging sustainable and plastic free wherever possible.
