For personalised items, you are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, grammar, and details are correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content we deem offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. This does not mean the order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted only when we send you a confirmation email stating that your items have been dispatched.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our secure checkout using accepted payment methods (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal).

6. Delivery

Because many of our products are personalised, we can only accept returns for faulty or damaged items.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@natashacaccavonecards.co.uk including your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For non-personalised items, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods to request a return.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, branding, and website design, is the property of Natasha Caccavone Cards unless otherwise stated.

Some artwork and images used in our products are sourced from third-party designers or platforms that provide content under a “free angel policy” or similar licence, allowing limited commercial use. We use these images in accordance with the terms set out by the original copyright holders.

We do not claim ownership of any third-party images, artwork, or designs used under a free angel policy.

All such images remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

We use these images solely for the creation and sale of our handmade and printed greeting cards, in line with the permitted commercial use outlined in the relevant licence or angel policy.

Customer Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any of the images, designs, or artwork from our cards for your own commercial use or resale.

Our finished greeting cards are for personal gifting or display only and must not be scanned, copied, or resold as digital or physical reproductions.
